About us

We help people feel at home in Korea

KiosKorea builds community apps for people living far from home in Korea. Each app brings together community, local know-how, halal food, events, and everyday essentials — in your own language.

Our mission

One trusted place for life in Korea

Moving to or visiting a new country is hard — new language, new rules, new everything. KiosKorea started with the Indonesian community through Kampung Korea. Today our flagship is Mahalla Korea, for the Central Asian community, and we're building a family of apps so more communities can find answers, find each other, and make the most of life in Korea.

  • Built around community, not just listings
  • In each community's own language
  • Halal-friendly and culturally aware

What we stand for

Our values

Community first

Everything starts with the people. We build tools that help people from many countries connect and help each other in Korea.

In your language

Each app speaks its community’s languages: Indonesian, Malay, Tetun, Uzbek, Russian, English and more. No friction, no translation guesswork.

Halal & trusted

Halal-friendly information and local know-how you can rely on, improved with community input.

Made with care

Designed by people who understand life in Korea as a foreigner — because we live it too.

Our flagship app

Meet Mahalla Korea

The app for Central Asians in Korea, in Uzbek, Russian and English. Mahalla Korea brings the community together with guides to life here, a halal label scanner, mosques and prayer times, jobs for your visa, cargo home and Uzbek radio.
